The whole package will not be sent.

I ordered this set because according to the description and photos everything was included, including coffee capsules. They sent me another set without capsules. Not cool. The system is good but switch marketing is not appreciated.

Missing coffee for coffee machines

The product has been changed compared to the advertisement. There are no coffee pods in the pack as advertised. The pot takes a very long time to brew at the strongest and hottest temperature. Not very hot on the hottest settings. They offered a $10 discount for missing coffee. The problem with returning the jug was not worth it

Pros
  • Finally bought

  • Long waiting time

Best Keurig Ever NOT

I originally wrote a 5 star review saying it was the best Keurig ever. Two weeks later - and 20 cups of coffee later - the car was completely dead! Won't work at all. Buyers beware - you. can get a lemon. I tried calling the seller and you get a recording. DISSATISFIED.

I'm picky I love it

Okay so if you write that you want your coffee to be stronger yes it takes a minute longer and I have no problem with that. Half gallon tank with handle, love it! I think people expect a starbucks in their kitchen based on the many reviews I've seen, this machine is amazing, it also punches 5 holes into one for more flavor strength and has a heat setting, love this and I am it picky.

No more Keurig in coffee, tea and espresso

Well I should have read the other reviews. 5 months and it no longer works. It doesn't make any sense to me. The descaler came on its own, I followed the instructions and it never worked. Now it has completely stopped working. Guess I'll call Keurig as obviously I didn't buy a warranty. Update: I called Keurig. They give 1 year guarantee. They sent me a new Keurig and a return label for the broken one. Be sure to sign up with them.

I did a little research

Buy. I had an older Keurig and the difference in the taste of my coffee is very noticeable. It punches 5 holes in the top of the k cup to make the flavor more intense. This was without the filter on. Still great with the filter. This way you can insert a cup, press a button and walk away. And then it turns off. No need to turn it on and wait for it to say "done". There are three separate personalized buttons that my husband and I use to adjust the strength and temperature of our coffee. He…

Broken after 5 months

Do not buy this product. That sucks. In the five months that I have owned this product, it has stopped working twice. The first time it came back a few hours after disconnecting from the network, the second time it failed and wouldn't turn on again. And don't even try to call customer service. You sit for hours listening to terrible music and signaling messages of virtue. We bought these when we needed to replace our original Keurig which has served us well for a long time, but obviously the…

May or may not be a lemon

Bought to replace a Keurig that worked great for a couple of years until the day it wanted to spit out all its water and didn't work at all. And now I have a new Keurig that requires water to be added even when the tank is full. The first time this happened I removed the filter as we use distilled water anyway. It worked well until he asked for more water again. Lots of water in the tank. Disconnected, counted to 10, reconnected, problem solved, right? Not correct. Two brews later, it's not…
