Bought to replace a Keurig that worked great for a couple of years until the day it wanted to spit out all its water and didn't work at all. And now I have a new Keurig that requires water to be added even when the tank is full. The first time this happened I removed the filter as we use distilled water anyway. It worked well until he asked for more water again. Lots of water in the tank. Disconnected, counted to 10, reconnected, problem solved, right? Not correct. Two brews later, it's not enough to empty the tank, more water is needed. Add water but still not satisfied. I would say I got the lemon if it weren't for all the other bad reviews. Seriously consider going back to full cook brewers as Keurig clearly doesn't do quality control like they should. It would be cheaper and better for the environment - at least that's what all these environmentally conscious people tell me. Otherwise the coffee I get when it works tastes great and I love all the options. I just wish it would work consistently and not disappoint every other brew or so.
