Make. no Obtain. Terrible customer service when the collar stopped working after only 8 months.
Th. No. Obtain. Purchased on 08/02/2019. It worked great for 8 months before it suddenly stopped. Wrote the seller, no reply. I emailed Dogtra, they replied and I called them to troubleshoot. After making sure the collar really stopped working I was told to send it to them (at my expense) then they will fix it and send it back to me in 30-45 days! Hm? We have just confirmed that my $250 collar has stopped working after only 8 months. and instead of a replacement I have to wait at least a month for a replacement! This is incredibly poor customer service and I will be sharing my experience with everyone in my video and live group dog training sessions.
