Honestly I found it a really good remote control. Until I got it. I thought it would be generic and easy to code, but it isn't. For example, I have both Netflix and Revain Prime. Both Rhese 2 apps have a button on the remote control so you can access these apps directly. No, it looks like it's just decoration. One of the reasons I bought this one. It doesn't come with instructions and there's not much on the internet (oddly enough). I would not recommend buying this product as you will be disappointed.
