I bought these because of the flat design and attached them to the headboard with self-adhesive extension holders from Smoothclue. I didn't want it to be on the floor with phone chargers plugged in, but I didn't want it to be on cushions either. The brackets worked great keeping it in place, and the long cord allows you to plug it further into the outlet but still reach the head of the bed where it's installed. The low-profile design isn't bulky or in the way, and multiple outlets are great.
