This is a great brace for running and other non-contact sports. The entire jockstrap is made of an incredibly light and soft material, but still offers good support. Therefore, you probably won't even realize you're wearing it. Let me make a few observations about its superb construction and design: - The waistband is well welded at the back, with no irritating seams or labels; - The waistband also secures the leg elastics which are actually sewn into the waistband material (i.e. not sewn across the inside of the waistband like most sweatpants are). - It's two points less to distract you from your exercise. - The leg straps end on the bag axis, but here too both straps are sewn next to each other firmly into the material of the bag. They are not sewn together along the central axis (like almost all other divisions). - This eliminates another common "chafing point". - The bag is spacious but well shaped for a comfortable hold: no risk of tightness or chafing irritation. All in all, this is an excellent, comfortable and innovative joystick. I am completely satisfied with my purchase; you most likely too! Happy trails!
