The only problem I have with this chair is that my teens and even younger kids fight over who sits in it. When he arrives he has four pillows and a blanket. Don't read the instructions, they don't really help. Just contact them to see which pillows go where in the cover. It's really not difficult to understand. So you put four pillows in a cover, close it and you have a REALLY comfortable chair. We have it in the corner of our family room and everyone loves it. I have to say it's very comfortable to sit in. Looks nice. Better than any beanbag we've ever tried. Looks better too. While my kids can jump out easily, it's a bit harder for me to get out, but nothing is so difficult that it stops me from using it. However, if you're buying this for a person who has trouble getting up off the floor (easiest to compare) I wouldn't recommend this. Otherwise, it's the perfect addition to a casually decorated family room, playroom, bedroom, etc. I really like it.
