The paint on the buckle will not stand up to normal wear and tear.
Two days of normal wear and the lacquered buckle is cracked and scratched. I'm retired, don't do hard lobs or anything, just regular clothes. Other than that I like the webbing and buckle, just wish the buckle held up a little better.
