Review on Waring Commercial WIH800 Double Induction by Troy Palmer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great for a commercial kitchen

A Garland 2 electric burner was replaced with this three years ago and it was a great decision. I would have liked a little more power, but it is significantly better than most conventional induction single burners. I was concerned about putting large pans on it, but it's a very solid construction. Your tableware will make a difference in a commercial setting. I've had luck with Spring USA and (surprisingly) ONLY T-fal professional. The glass gets scratched, especially when you use large pots or for frying, but that's not surprising and doesn't change its performance. The boost burner takes some getting used to and isn't great for everything, for example two large pots bumping into each other, but you get used to working with it. For $800 and a truly commercial product, there's no doubt about that. That's the deal
