I've been an NB customer since the 1970s. Shoes used to be well made, fit great etc. I bought Dunham trainers, trainers and dress shoes for work. Bought this pair mid March 2019. Fast forward to mid-June 2019, at the top of the left shoe store. Nothing caught, it looks like defective material. Unfortunately, this happened after Revane's return date. I contacted NB several times - no reply! I can understand a faulty product but not a lack of customer service. I expected that from other companies, but not from NB. They may have adopted Nike's business model. It is very disappointing to see a once great company give a middle finger to a longtime customer!
