Lightweight, comfortable but disappointing Lack of quality control

I haven't run cross country in decades. I bought this as a casual shoe and was impressed with the fit and flexibility. I had only had two months in this shoe when I noticed that both socks were coming off the front of each shoe. Looks like I'm about to give Shu Gu a deal now in hopes of salvaging that purchase. They were cheap shoes but I expected more than a few weeks past the return window before they fell apart. From now on I'll stick with shoes made in the USA, which I've been a fan of forโ€ฆ

Not comparable to v3

I'm disappointed. I really liked the 510v3 that I bought earlier this year. I run 4 miles a day and they recently had to be replaced due to wear and tear. These were incredible shoes for my 58 year old feet, ankles, knees and back. Wanted to buy one but couldn't find it. Only available for women. So I went with 510v4. Best described as walking on wooden boards covered with foam. Zero love for her to run. I believe they will be suitable for casual wear with jeans. The first pair of NB shoes Iโ€ฆ

Great shoes at a great price, $39

This is a New Balance 510. 500 Series shoes for the price of a New Balance 400 Series. Very comfortable insole and ideal for running or playing sports. I have bought several pairs of New Balance 500 and 600 series shoes over the past 2 years and made the mistake of ordering 400 series shoes on sale. I sent them back and received these. You can work a little. I always order a size 14 from New Balance, but sometimes I can wear a size 14 from other brands. When buying, pay attention to the priceโ€ฆ

Price $40, women's offer

First off, I'd like to say that I'm a Saucony fan. I've ridden over 60,000 miles in their "too soft" shoes. Before that I wouldn't consider New Balance. They were too thin and unforgiving for me. But now I'm older. I run less and walk more. In particular, I walk and run a lot on local trails. The trails wrecked my Saucony and my legs gave out. So I wanted to try trail running shoes. They were okay with the price, so I took a chance. When I put these shoes on for the first time, I was sure I had

Good shoes Shoes suitable for trail running

Very comfortable and light shoes for trail running. Plenty of toe room and seems to have a little more heel room than most shoes. The rubber profile in the toe area offers good protection against dew and dirt. Good traction. Arch support is minimal but I wear special insoles so this wasn't an issue for me. The tongue isn't sewn all the way through, so those with a bow shouldn't have a problem. The soles are easy to remove and replace if necessary. The shoes creaked a bit at first, but the moreโ€ฆ

Great shoes but with sole replacement

Great pair of shoes for the price! I've worn Sketchers moccasins for years but have recently started running and need something with better heel cushioning at work during the day. I like the shoes as they are light, have good traction and are suitable for a day at work. However, if you buy this and wear it as is you will be very disappointed - there is almost no pillow! The sole is very thin and thin. When the item first arrived I was very disappointed! I can almost feel the hard surface I'mโ€ฆ

Just cheap shoes.

You get what you pay for. Pros: They're comfortable (like most new scales) They're CHEAP (pay >$60) Cons: No grip, they're fine on dry ground/floors, but if there's water, BE CAREFUL! Even the old concrete sidewalks felt slippery after a light rain. Cushioned soles are great for that "walking on clouds" feeling, but not great for stepping on a branch or jagged rock sticking out of the ground. In fact, it's almost like walking barefoot. The shoes are made of very thin fabric which isโ€ฆ

poor quality shoes; No response from New Balance Support!

I've been an NB customer since the 1970s. Shoes used to be well made, fit great etc. I bought Dunham trainers, trainers and dress shoes for work. Bought this pair mid March 2019. Fast forward to mid-June 2019, at the top of the left shoe store. Nothing caught, it looks like defective material. Unfortunately, this happened after Revane's return date. I contacted NB several times - no reply! I can understand a faulty product but not a lack of customer service. I expected that from otherโ€ฆ
