The black rubber outsole in front of the toes came off on the last two shoes we bought within a few weeks of wearing the shoes. You'll either need to use a stronger adhesive or change the design so the front part of the toes doesn't get pinched when the kids are walking. Otherwise a great shoe, however the lifespan of the shoe was reduced due to the outsole coming off in front of the toes. I would not buy these sneakers again because of this, although the rest of the shoe was ok.
