I am disappointed that the item has not been stored for a long time and broke. Worse, it broke while my wife was using it. This caused her to fall to the ground. She had surgery for cancer and was unable to stand or lie in the shower/bath for long periods of time without assistance. It was calculated to support them, and then some others. enough to go to the emergency room, she is so tired from the hospital that she doesn't want to go. Especially with everything that is happening around #Covid-19. I am extremely unsatisfied. Never buy! To be honest this product doesn't even last on me and I'm very skinny (skinny). I see this breakeven point in me.
