They work on fine hair

But they don't hold the hair very well. It stays indoors for a while - once twisted - but slowly begins to move away from the beautiful fairground. I think all these twisted connections do the same thing. Fine hair is so difficult to manage! I think they are made as well as possible and seem strong enough. Overall solid 4 stars.
