is it real for women

My girlfriend gave me a pair of these women's razors about a year ago and I just fell in love with them, they seem to last forever and they did what they promised and I never did I cut myself! My razor came with what was supposed to be 2 replacement heads but one was missing and the plastic case was open! I needed a razor that day so I decided to go ahead and use it. Big mistake! They cut me in four different places on my legs, the tiny cuts didn't bleed but burned for hours! Doesn't moisturize either! Wrong item! Extremely disappointed and upset!, 😞
