Review on 🧽 Cerama Bryte Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner Kit: 28 oz Cleaner, Scraper, and 5 Cleaning Pads by Amber Perez

I have always used gas stovetops but my cabin has no gas and I can only get propane in season so my husband considered buying an electric range/stovetop. I read the manual from start to finish as I have never used a ceramic/glass hob. It said if it boils or spills, wipe it up IMMEDIATELY with a CLEAN, DRY CLOTH. On first use I didn't realize how fast my potato water would boil and it was simmering a LITTLE so I removed the pot and retrieved a CLEAN DRY MICROBER rag which is the only thing I use in the kitchen anymore . OK the fabric literally stuck to the hob leaving a HORRIBLE MISTAKE on top, FIRST TIME USED and now I felt like a ruin it didn't damage the fabric just the hob. I called SAMSUNG, they PUSH and they did nothing but tell me to NEVER USE MICROFIBER when it's hot, but NO MANUAL says that. PRAISE DEAVEN I found this stuff and it lasted about 3 minutes left on the stove then used a sharp razor and it got rid of all the germs. Yes, my BRAND NEW EXPENSIVE SAMSUNG OVEN is STILL A MENACING stain, but at least it looks 80% better now. I HAVE NOT ABUSED my hob, I did EXACTLY what the manual told me and now SAMSUNG doesn't help at all and it's still under warranty. IF ANY OF YOU HAVE A CERAMIC/GLASS HOB - DO NOT USE MICROFIBRE ON IT WHILE IT IS HOT, LET DRY FULLY OR USE ANY OTHER STYLE OF FABRIC MICROFIBRE DOES IT. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product and all of my kitchen in my house and cabin is Samsung as are all the houses my husband builds as a general contractor - NEVER AGAIN due to their customer service and the fact that they bypass their warranty! THIS THING IS ESSENTIAL FOR AN ELECTRIC COOKER AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
