It's easy to write a rave review of a product you're happy with - it really is too easy. Phrases like "Love it!" "Great!" and "Great quality!" say good things about a product, but they're so easy to make and counterfeit that they're worth little more than the numbers of stars we choose in a product review. This is not the correct rating as my first experiences with the bath rugs I bought were not great. I liked the look of the rugs and they performed as expected, but on the first wash one of them fell apart on an edge (see photo). Annoyed, I emailed the seller a picture of the damaged carpet and an explanation of my experience. Within an hour I got a response from them apologizing for the problem and asking if I would like a refund or a replacement. Since the second mat worked perfectly, I decided to get a replacement. I received my replacement mat two days later and it was perfect. I am giving this product five stars not because it is the greatest bath rug but because it is a very good rug from a company that stands behind the product and responds responsibly to issues. This is very different from many companies that seek any means to avoid providing good value to their customers (looking at you, the health insurance industry). Any manufacturer can have a fault with a product. The real test for the company is how they deal with these understandable mistakes, and this mistake hits the spot. I will definitely be buying more products from them in the future because I know if something is wrong they will fix it.
