Review on High-Quality Stainless Steel Ring Sizing Mandrel in Sizes 1-16 by Karla Richter

I ordered this setting to make a product for a craft fair. The first one I ordered due to its weight tore the paper envelope and was missing from my order. It has been 5 days and I am now desperate to make the product. Contact customer service and they tell me the quickest way to get a replacement is to refund the first order and ask me to order the item again. What I did, however, was having to drop it off at a Revain locker 40 minutes from my house to get it on time (I live in a fairly rural area). Take an item, use it to make a bunch of rings for sale / accept custom orders only to find out afterwards that the markings on the mandrel were 1/4 size larger than when checked with a sizing tool. . To be honest I've seen other reviews mentioning this bug but thought it was an anomaly and didn't bother to test it with a ring sizing tool until the first batch was made became. As soon as I understood the problem I requested a replacement due to a defect (I noted the details in the comments section) but the replacement sent has the same defect. It's my fault for preferring fast/cheap quality; I also missed the Rio Grande Black Friday Ringdorn sale, it would have been cheaper. All of this is to say that the mandrel is a good weight and still usable - I just have to remember things need to be 1/4 smaller than what's listed to get accurate measurements.
