As soon as the tablet was taken out, all the accessories fell off.

I think I received a defective product because as soon as I put the tablet in the holder I noticed that the "ball" that allows the tablet to rotate slowly falling further down. That means I have to push the tablet up every 5 minutes to put it back in place. And as soon as the tablet was removed, all the accessories fell off. Seller please reply.
