I ordered this in size Large because my waist is 30 inches and my hips are only 36 inches, so I wanted to add a little padding in the back. I ordered one in flesh tone also and decided to use the pads from both of them in one pair for a little extra - one set of pads hardly made any difference. I tried it under jeans and got the effect I was looking for.
