I like how easy it is to search for jobs within the platform, as well as how fast I am able to find new opportunities. It's also very simple to schedule interviews and track them once they are completed. I don't really have any dislikes. There isn't anything in particular I dislike. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a great platform to post their job openings and manage the interview process. They make posting your job openings a lot easier than other platforms we've used. We were able to post our job openings at least twice per day. This allowed us to quickly get responses from potential applicants. The scheduling feature was also helpful because we didn't have to call each candidate to set up an interview. It made things much faster and easier.
