I like how easy it is to search for jobs within the platform, as well as how fast I am able to find new opportunities. It's also very simple to schedule interviews and track them once they are completed. I don't really have any dislikes. There isn't anything in particular I dislike. I love how easy it is to find good employees! It makes finding qualified applicants easier than ever before, which was one of my biggest problems at previous companies (and most other job boards). The ability to search for jobs using keywords, as well as searching by location is great! I would like it if there was an option of emailing your recruiter directly from their page instead having them send out emails about new opportunities they are looking at or have open positions in - this way we could keep track ourselves without needing our team manager's help (which has been hard due to her being away most days). The platform offers an array of tools to help in recruiting, from candidate profiles all throughout your entire pipeline right through post-hire management! It also makes it super easy for recruiters/HR managers alike because we don't have any tech issues with this app or its features (like some other platforms do).
