The platform offers an array of tools to help in recruiting, from candidate profiles all throughout your entire pipeline right through post-hire management! It also makes it super easy for recruiters/HR managers alike because we don't have any tech issues with this app or its features (like some other platforms do). We haven’t found anything yet but if there is something I would love they'd be willing to make changes as soon as possible - maybe even free up their support team just enough? Nothing really comes close atm., however keep looking around!! Recruitment process has been streamlined thanks too NployeR & our internal staff using them daily! More efficient than ever before!! Great communication between different teams within my organisation especially when needing HR assistance which often occurs during busy periods etc. Less stress by having one source where applicants are received into systems rather then trying several sites / apps out themselves :) Also great benefits package offered.
