I like that it is easy for all departments in my business or organization (not just IT) to use this product together as we do not have different platforms within our own department/organization. It can be difficult at times figuring out how things work but with some training from their team of support staff they make sure everyone knows what each other's buttons look like so there isn't any confusion when using these products! They also offer several free trials which helps ease into new uses without having too much invested up front if needed by your end users / customers who may already know another platform better than yours currently being used.
