The sound was very good. The supplied manual does not contain instructions on how to program the TV remote control. The online manual says to hold + and - simultaneously for 3-5 seconds and the LED on the panel will turn red. Press the power button and the LED will change color until you press the mute button etc. My device does not turn red. Megacra has not responded to a support email. There is no phone number on their website. Bestisan support replied and offered to try again. Most of the reviewers and comments that say they can't connect the TV remote to the soundbar recognize this fact and use two remotes. I don't settle for devices that don't work or technical support that doesn't exist. Item returned to Revane.
