I decided to give it a try as it is relatively cheap and probably not widely available. What a mistake. I didn't hit any misfires, but with every shot the gun made a dent just above the nail. I tried adjusting the air pressure to reduce the dents a bit, but that didn't help at all. Unfortunately, the pistol has neither a depth adjustment on the pistol itself, nor a nose pad, which is the cause of the pistol's dents. I returned it for a refund and ordered a Freeman PBR50Q which has a nose pad and depth adjustment. These 2 attributes are required for woodworking. Hopefully this gun will work for me as I love Freeman guns and have had no problems with my Freeman PFN64 16ga straight nailer.
