I suffer from degenerative disc disease and have bought a number of mattresses to relieve my constant back pain. I also sleep with several pillows tucked under my back and hips for support, hoping to wake up with no back pain. I've been buying a topper for a long time and was afraid to buy it for the usual reasons. I have read reviews on this topper and they have all been positive and very encouraging. So I pulled the trigger to buy. Once I received the topper I opened it up and let it flare as directed. Excited and not wanting to hurt my back, I couldn't wait for the suggested 2 days for complete fluffiness. let me tell you I FINALLY woke up with no back pain. This topper is heaven! Even without waiting for the suggested couple of days to fully swell, the 24 hours I was allotted was incredible. It was still very fluffy, soft and very comfortable. I can't imagine how much better it will be once it reaches full thickness. Anyone with back pain should definitely buy this topper if they need softer support. Wonderful!
