I hesitated to try it because for some reason my skin is particularly sensitive to shower gels. I've found very few in my life that at least didn't make me itch, although worse results are common. I get bored with bar soap from time to time, and I still take risks, and miraculously this has not caused any discomfort and regret! I've been using it daily since I first tried it two years ago and in all that time I haven't had the slightest hint of a reaction. The fact that it doesn't irritate my skin never ceases to amaze me, but its good qualities certainly don't end there! It forms a nice lather that washes off easily, leaving my skin very clean and fresh. I love that the formula feels so smooth and light. I haven't had any problems with dryness since I've been using it, even in winter. The mint flavor is amazing too. I even think it helps soothe my aching muscles a bit, although I have to admit that hot water probably deserves some credit too. Beliefs in Epsom salt's restorative properties are numerous and long-standing, but as I briefly reviewed them, it turned out that the scientific basis for them is still up for debate. Clinical consensus aside, as a person with chronic neck and back pain, I honestly take what I can get, even if there's a placebo effect. All I can say for sure is that my sore muscles recover for a while after the shower and my skin feels great, so I have enough reason to love this body wash regardless of the pain relief aspect. The bottles are huge, one lasts for several months so a fantastic price. I will definitely keep buying it while I may!
