The Only Formula Containing Vitamins C and B6

Nature's Way is the only brand containing Vitamin C and B6. This combination helps with absorption. I take one pill with dinner and another before bed, sometimes with melatonin. Helps me sleep and also increases my serotonin levels which keeps depression at bay. The tablets are coated so I have never had stomach problems with this brand. Good product at a reasonable price.
