The scooter is quite good, my 3 year old loves it and rides it very often. However, the smell upon opening the package was overpowering, it was the stench of cigarette smoke coming off the wheels and permeating the whole apartment. I had to leave the scooter on the porch for a few days as my house stunk if I put it in. The car smelled like cigarettes, the first month when we put it in the trunk it was very annoying. Now the stench is almost gone though it is, but quite bearable, I hope it goes away completely in a few months. I contacted support, they asked me to send photos, which I did, they never got back to me. It was the coronavirus so they probably had to close before I could raise my case. I am reviewing this review after 18 months of ownership. This scooter is great and we have used it all the time and it still works great. Full recommendation
