This is a sturdy cord construction and comes with a nice thin 'disk' to wrap around when traveling so it doesn't crease and doesn't take up as much space as an unrolled cord . I'll have to wait and see if it's worth the money I paid. My most recent cable purchase was 6 cables of 3 lengths, cost less than this product and lasted over a year including travel. I would have bought the same kit but couldn't find it? As far as fast charging goes, I didn't notice any difference from this or other cheaper cables I've had.
