When I ordered them in April 2020 the estimated delivery date was less than 3 weeks. Delivery in 48 hours! I'm not sure how it happened, but I was very pleased. My experiences with this brand of charging cables are all good. The price for 2 packs was so fantastic I decided to order them for the future. In my opinion, they are superior to Apple's cables in every way.

Very Happy Customer! There was a problem with one of the two cables, but the seller sent a replacement quickly! Super responsive! Would definitely buy again. I LOVE the length of these cables! Especially in the home office, I was tired of coming to the end with short charging cables and not getting to where I need them. These cables are the perfect length. And much more durable with great connectors that should work with no wear and loss of connectivity/charging.

This is a sturdy cord construction and comes with a nice thin 'disk' to wrap around when traveling so it doesn't crease and doesn't take up as much space as an unrolled cord . I recently posted the following review and the company contacted me the same day. They apologized for the product's short lifespan and offered a 50 percent refund or replacement of the defective cable. I decided to replace the product and within a week 2 replacement products arrived. It's nice that the company actually read the review and contacted me to make me happy as their customer. They fulfilled their warranty even though the Amazon website indicated the time to call for help had expired.

I am an electronics service in our close-knit family and we use a lot of cables. MANY cables! Of all cables, Lightning is the thinnest and most easily damaged. When I was looking for another replacement set, I stumbled across this one and winced at the price. However, after reading the product description, I realized that the designers have eliminated almost all the problems and shortcomings that I have encountered over the past decade and decided to give them a chance. I bought this charger for my iPhone Xs because it had good reviews and it's certified by Apple. These cables have been working great for about 6 weeks but now they are the biggest problem for me as I keep checking my phone to make sure it is still charging. The slightest impact will cause the phone to stop charging. I would return these cables but this window closed last week!
