I like that it allows me to see all my applicants at once and filter by what they have done so far. It also has an easy way for you to send out applications to your candidates. The only thing I dislike about this program is how long it takes for them to approve or decline the application. Sometimes there are many people applying and then one day its just gone! Also sometimes their system gets messed up and you can't even log into it anymore. Its great if you're looking for someone who already works with the same person as you do. You will be able to find people faster than any other method.
