Unfortunately, the Tejava online store did not live up to the lofty standards I had set for it, and my overall experience was rather disheartening. The website is busy and difficult to use, despite the fact that they have a good selection of tea blends to choose from. The ordering process was difficult to understand, and it was difficult for me to locate the information that I required. In addition, the shipping took significantly longer than anticipated, and the teas I ordered arrived stale and with a flavor and aroma that were lacking in intensity. The quality of the packaging was poor, and loose tea leaves could be seen leaking out of the bags. Although the pricing were fair, the quality of the tea did not live up to the expectations it created. When I attempted to contact customer service, I discovered that they were unresponsive and unable to assist me in any way. The Tejava online store did not live up to my expectations overall, and as a result, I will not be shopping there again.
