I inherited a few from my son. They were pretty good. Very good sound, very comfortable, especially under headphones. not an option many would appreciate, but I use it in my workshop when doing noisy, repetitive jobs. I notice this because the other earbuds, while sounding good, are longer and protrude further, to the point where the earmuff insulation is squeezing the eartip uncomfortably into my ear. They are very compact, so they come in very handy in the same situation. Another BASIC value is that they are generally washable. I've washed some pairs 5 times and they still seem to be as good as before washing. Dry them in the sun, plug and play. This is really amazing for an electronic device. In addition, the wires are virtually tangle-free - the coating tends to unwind the turns rather than tangling them. And for those who constantly carry them in a pocket with their pants (see washing above), this is a useful feature. And they're pretty cheap compared to the decent buds, so what's to complain about?
