It took him about 2 minutes to program it and it works perfectly.
I bought this to replace the factory key fob for my 2009 Pontiac G6 GT. I took it to a local locksmith and he programmed it for me for $30. I've tried everything online to program it myself, but you must have a programmer that plugs into the vehicle's OBD II port. It took him about 2 minutes to program it and now it works just like the original.
