Lately I have been having neck problems, waking up in the middle of the night or in the morning with such a stiff neck and a headache either from the way I slept or from my pillow. I had a dull headache for a few weeks so I went to a chiropractor and made some adjustments and it really helped, but I still woke up with a stiff neck at times. So I started looking for brands of pillows that are suitable for side sleepers. At that time I used a high-quality down pillow. I bought My Pillow but I didn't like it and my neck still hurt. In addition, it is quite bulky and expensive. So while reading an article about the best pillows, I stumbled upon the Coop pillow, read the reviews and decided to give it a try! I received this pillow 2 days later from Amazon and when I opened it I was amazed at how soft the pillow felt. I had to remove part of the memory foam because it was too high for my neck to be in the correct position. But it was an easy process. I thought it was similar to all the other pillows I've tried, but they were really different. It was very comfortable and my neck stayed in the right position all night. I've been using this new pillow for about 2 weeks and wake up with no neck pain or headaches. I would recommend this pillow to anyone who needs a good support pillow. I love the video they posted online to show you how to adjust your pillow to the position you sleep in. I love this pillow and don't want to be without it!
