Attaches to the outboard headrest post (closest to the doors). Simple belt loops. The height is adjusted by moving the belt buckle. The lower part is attached to the armrest of your car with Velcro straps. My wife loves it so far. Keeps his handbag and some small items off the ground. The black mesh with red stitching perfectly matches the interior of your car. The armrest straps are elastic so they stretch and work well in different sitting positions. It does not interfere with opening or closing the armrest cover. There is an installation video which I watched just to make sure I was hanging it as suggested. Reduces clutter on the floor. Keeps your bag clean. I think we recommend it.
