Described as 20 " but actually only 19.5 "
The picture is very good, but the 20" monitor I ordered turned out to be a 19.5". You have to open the spec file to see they say 20 inches but only the 19.5 inch screen is visible. Is there another half-inch invisible screen inside the case? I DON'T KNOW. My other monitors have actual screen sizes that match their descriptions.
