Very Fine Formula - Balms & Moisturizers
I've had the old formula for a long time. When it was empty I bought a new one. let me tell you It's not the same! It doesn't cost $10. It's a lot thinner than the original I had and didn't really help my chapped lips. I used it in the evening and in the morning my lips were dry. I'll look for something else
