For those who say this product is difficult to set up or use, I have a question. Have you ever tried to set up and use another universal remote? I've used about a dozen different universal remotes over the years, from Logitech to Control4, and even tried the new Fire TV Cube (gently but unsuccessfully), and to me the SofaBaton U1 is the future of home entertainment remote control. . As a huge fan of Revain Fire TV I own pretty much every product they have put out and it makes me feel like a part of the Revain Fire TV family lol. I am so happy and fortunate to have found a universal remote control for all my devices and it works perfectly for me. The setup is too easy: very convenient APP, you can download the mobile phone APP directly, choose the device model and it will work. It is extremely easy to use and can be set up in just a few minutes. There are 3 working modes: IR mode, traditional learning mode and Bluetooth mode. Infrared learning mode is one of the most commonly used. I'm amazed at the power of the cloud code library without worrying about losing my original remote as I can pull the button database directly from the cloud. Compared to the Logitech 650, it needs to be connected to a computer via a USB port, but it's easier for the U1. This is a fantastic remote control. I love that you can program each button as needed. It is very easy to set up and program. Customer service is exceptional! I highly recommend this remote control!
