I was hoping to find a suitable replacement for my Logitech Harmony remotes so I bought these to control my Samsung TV, Tivo Edge and Vizio Soundbar. Right after I took it out of the box, I encountered a problem - the battery cover is difficult to remove without using tools that damage the plastic of the case. First I gave a bad review because it didn't work with my receiver. However, SofaBaton added it very quickly and it works. I would suggest if you have a remote and it doesn't work with everything, email them support and they will probably add it to their database pretty quickly.
