Cheaper than others.

I had the original version and it lasted a long time. Since I just got it, I'm not sure what the battery life is like. To replace the head, you need to align the arrow with the back of the device. I didn't find the arrows, but I found out. I was afraid of breaking it if I got it wrong. This device costs a lot less than others and since I really only need the heads I'm sure everything will be fine. Why are there no spare parts? Overall I am satisfied and recommend this product.
