I like this machine. But apparently there are 2 models of the 6 liter pressure cooker. At first I had one with the pressure relief on the front of the cap, but I screwed it up and burned it. The whole thing, not just the inside - don't ask - and I got a replacement that I thought was the same until I opened it. It's not - there's no pressure relief on the front of the lid, you have to reach the handle with a big pair of pliers or something and move all the pressure to a different position. It's easy to get burned if released quickly. I salvaged the lid from a burnt one but it doesn't fit the new one. And the control labels on the front panel are in different positions, not that it matters, but still. The machine works perfectly and I love it, but I wish I had a different model.
