Due to this pandemic I had to do something because I'm EVERYWHERE! I've experimented with all sorts of recipes and it's great. It may take a second time to get your prescription right. I recommend more liquid than needed, for example if 1/2 cup of broth is standing I add a full cup. After so many times, I feel comfortable making my own judgments. It's easy to use, fast and tastes great. I was scared at first because my mom's pressure cooker from the '60s was a scary monster! It's safe and easy!

It was a great purchase. We use it more than we expected. The recipes provided are really good and there are many more on the internet. The best part is how fast it cooks. My wife has done ribs in it twice and they come out great. We don't normally do ribs, mainly because of the slow cooking process. This thing makes it quick and easy and the ribs are really good. An online review states that this product has a problem with the pressure release valve because you have to directly touch the valve that releases steam. This product has actually improved and now you can relieve the pressure remotely. The first time I used it the internal seal depressurized and steam escaped all around the lid all over the lid, although once I removed and reinstalled the seal and then it started working great! I like this machine. But apparently there are 2 models of the 6 liter pressure cooker. At first I had one with the pressure relief on the front of the cap, but I screwed it up and burned it. The whole thing, not just the inside - don't ask - and I got a replacement that I thought was the same until I opened it.
