An online review states that this product has a problem with the pressure release valve because you have to directly touch the valve that releases steam. This product has actually improved and now you can relieve the pressure remotely. The first time I used it the internal seal depressurized and steam escaped all around the lid all over the lid, although once I removed and reinstalled the seal and then it started working great! Install and leave it, then it will cook your food. So easy and works great! The multicooker function is also practical. I used it to defrost a piece of meat, then switched to the pressure cooker and cooked it. Wow, now cooking is even more fun!
