I bought it for my sister after having the same for a year. We use several times a week. It is very easy to use and clean. Not only do these pressure cookers save time, they cook better than slow cookers. I used to use my slow cooker a lot and was concerned that the pressure cooker's speed would affect quality, but surprisingly the opposite is true. Pressure cooking allows flavors to penetrate vegetables and meat. A 1 hour pot roast in my pressure cooker is better than my 6 hour pot roast, the meat is just as tender if not more tender, the house still smells delicious while cooking and tastes better. I'm still very thankful that I bought one and now I'm paying for it in advance for Christmas this year.
