I like how easy it is once setup with my team member's information because there are very few steps involved in creating an account or adding content into this platform - we haven't had any issues since our implementation date! However at times when using certain modules within their interface such as patient reports/documents (such has EMRs) can be difficult if not having some basic computer skills which may limit its use overall amongst other software programs out available currently.- Notifications through emails could have been more specific- Some tasks seem unnecessarily repetitive but maybe intended from new users getting used too easily? There aren’t many reviews online about them so far though they do claim high security standards however i don; t think thats 100% accurate considering what happened recently regarding cyber attacks etc.. If anyone requires good quality customer service then definitely give these guys another chance especially during working hours otherwise after 9pm EST support will drop off drastically due mainly.
