Maybe it will suit someone. Our dog wears a medium sized collar so I didn't think to measure her neck, I just ordered a medium sized one...my mistake. I tried making it smaller... it doesn't fit small enough to fit well... I think with the chain the medium is larger than the other mediums. We made it work for a while. Now the clip is stuck in the locked position and will not open. Even my strong husband couldn't break it. I think maybe I zipped it back or something... it came together easily enough, but it won't come apart. The good thing about it is that it's strong...but that's not helping me right now.
