Great Solution For Insights Into Your Bot

Easy-to-consolidate information to make sense of the user flow. The analytics is helpful for finding issues with chatbot-enabled products such as Messenger and Facebook. The AI can be improved if it provides more granular details from the chatbot. A good start on gathering the required user flow insights. A single report with multiple dashboards will improve the clarity of the user flow analytics. With that the insights can be easily compared with other reporting, providing the required insights quickly to the decision makers. I like that it's very easy to use, works well with Slack, and has a lot of different features. The UI could be improved a bit, but we've found it to be stable and easy to set up. We are solving for the problem of getting good data about our bot from Slack. In the past, this was difficult, because there were issues with the accuracy of the data. By using Chatbase, we've gotten much better data and insights into what is going on in our bot.

  • This also allows us an easier way (vs just asking them) to collect anonymous usage stats which help determine how many people used certain functions vs others whether they clicked something else before buying so its great being able to compare results between groups
